Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a staff accountant or similar accounting role
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA licensure is a plus
