As we continue to build out RMS USA, we're adding a Staff Accountant who wants to be part of that growth, not just maintain the status quo. This is a hands-on role across the full accounting cycle in an environment where your contributions are noticed and your ideas can shape how we operate. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to the general ledger
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations including bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts
• Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations to support management reporting
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including depreciation schedules
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies
• Support external and internal audit requests by preparing documentation and schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and process improvements
• Assist with sales tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, or financial reporting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
