About the role

Entry-level position supporting tax and financial administration processes, including data entry, invoice management, and document organization for tax reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with input of financial and tax transaction data into systems
• Create, compile, and archive Tax Invoices (e-Faktur)
• Prepare supporting documents for VAT and income tax reporting
• Organize and maintain tax documentation in structured format
• Perform daily office administration tasks as requested by supervisor/accounting team

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education (Accounting or Office Administration preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position preferred, or Fresh Graduate with strong learning motivation
• Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft Excel (minimum data entry and basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE)
• Meticulous with numbers, honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Understanding of basic tax principles or tax course certificate/Brevet is a plus
• Hokkien language ability preferred
• Medan domicile preferred
