Staff Appointment

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Appointment Staff to manage and coordinate customer schedules and consultations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, confirming client visits, and managing calendar updates to ensure a smooth daily workflow. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding availability, service options, and booking changes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction through prompt and accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, appointment scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• High proficiency in time management, task prioritization, and schedule organization.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and reschedule requests effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and contact logs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
