Staff AR/AP

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) is required.
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
4. Experience using Realta system is preferred.
5. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Job Description :

1. Manage and process AR/AP invoices while ensuring document completeness and accuracy.
2. Record, monitor, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
3. Follow up on customer payments and process vendor payments.
4. Prepare AR/AP reports and Aging Receivable & Payable reports.
5. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and the Finance & Accounting team.
