About Cardinal Law

Cardinal Law is a growing Missouri litigation firm built from the ground up. We represent injured people, families, survivors, and individuals facing the government in personal injury, civil litigation, civil rights, family law, criminal defense, and estate matters. We have offices in Sullivan, Steelville and Springfield. We serve clients across Crawford, Phelps, Franklin, Dent, Pulaski, and Greene counties, with federal practice in the Eastern District of Missouri.

We are busy, we are growing, and we need another attorney who wants to be in the courtroom.

Who We Want

We are looking for a go-getter who would rather try a case . You take ownership of a file from intake to verdict. You move cases instead of letting them sit. You want your compensation tied to what you actually produce and to be rewarded when you put in the extra effort

What You Will Do

You will carry your own active caseload across personal injury, civil and family law. You will draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, handle hearings, and try cases in circuit and associate circuit courts across the region. You will run discovery and case strategy with minimal hand-holding, work directly with clients from consultation through resolution, and travel to courthouses throughout the I-44 corridor and Greene County as the docket requires. You will keep accurate, contemporaneous time and case notes in MyCase.

What You Bring

You hold an active Missouri law license in good standing, or you will be admitted before your start date. Litigation experience is strongly preferred, and prior trial, public defender, prosecutor, or plaintiff-side PI experience will set you apart. You write clearly and quickly, show up prepared, and manage your own calendar. You need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Above all, you are motivated by production and results, and you want your paycheck to reflect them.

OTE between 100k-350k DOE and Comp Structure
