Staff Attorney

Description :

Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is seeking a staff attorney. They will be responsible for legal research, analysis, drafting, and reviewing legal documents. Candidates should also be flexible to work frequent overtime, occasional weekends and have the ability to attend trials.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal representation and advice to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal opinions on issues related to client matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications :

• JD Required (Bar Admission eventually required)
