Staff Augmentation Executive

We are on the lookout for an energetic and driven Staff Augmentation Executive who can jump right in! If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, IT recruitment, or staff augmentation and want to grow with a fast-paced team in Johar Town, Lahore, we want you on board immediately.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and headhunt top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage client-candidate communication.
• Collaborate closely with teams to understand and fulfill immediate hiring requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in staff augmentation.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately and comfortable working the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Location: Must be based in or easily commute to Johar Town, Lahore.
• Skills: Excellent English communication, active sourcing skills on LinkedIn/Indeed, and strong organizational skills.
