What they need
- Membuat dan menerbitkan invoice secara tepat waktu dan akurat
- Melakukan pengecekan billing sebelum penagihan
- Monitoring invoice dan membantu rekonsiliasi dokumen yang dibutuhkan terkait penagihan kepada pemerintahan ataupun swasta
- Menangani komplain terkait invoice
- Menyusun laporan billing secara berkala
Kualifikasi:
- Sehat jasmani, tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit bawaan
- Memiliki basic invoicing/penagihan
- Pengalaman di bidang billing (ISP lebih diutamakan)
- Jujur, disiplin, teliti dan bertanggung jawab
- Memiliki kemauan belajar dan attitude kerja yang baik
- Dapat berkomunikasi secara jelas dan efektif
