In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating luxury vehicles, including limousines, vans, and shuttle buses, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for passengers. Your expertise in navigation, vehicle maintenance, and customer service will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Duties

• Safely operate luxury vehicles such as limousines, vans, shuttle buses, and other commercial transportation modes along local routes and designated schedules
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with baggage, ensuring their comfort, and addressing any special requests or needs
• Navigate using GPS systems and navigation software to optimize routes, avoid delays, and ensure timely arrivals
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles, performing routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all driving activities
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates on routes or delays, and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with passenger safety by monitoring behavior during transit and responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial driving, chauffeur driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles; bus or van driving experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes and navigation systems including GPS navigation tools and navigation software
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse clients
• Demonstrated ability to handle luxury vehicles with care and precision; experience with limousine handling is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures to perform basic checks and identify potential issues early
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type; clean driving record required
• Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times

WORK SCHEDULE

Coverage Needed: Monday through Sunday

Daily Coverage: 12 hours per day

Candidates must be available for assigned shifts within the required coverage schedule. Exact working hours, shift assignments, and compensation will be discussed during the screening and interview process.

Duties

• Safely operate luxury vehicles such as limousines, sedans, vans, and shuttle buses for local driving routes and special occasions.
• Plan routes using GPS navigation and navigation software to ensure timely arrivals and efficient travel.
• Assist passengers with their baggage, ensuring smooth boarding and disembarking procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle through routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols to guarantee passenger safety at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing courteous service and addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition for reporting purposes.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, limousine handling, or delivery driver roles.
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes, traffic laws, and navigation systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Ability to operate navigation software confidently and adapt to new navigation systems as needed.
• Skilled in vehicle maintenance routines to ensure safety and reliability of the vehicle fleet.
• Experience in passenger baggage assistance and managing passenger safety protocols.
• Demonstrated professionalism in chauffeur driving, bus driving, van driving, or similar roles requiring responsible vehicle operation.
