Staff Chef (m/f/d)

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and quality-conscious Staff Chef (m/f/d) who brings passion for good food, creativity and a sense for balanced nutrition to ensure the culinary well-being of our team every day.

Your Tasks

• Independently planning and preparing varied, balanced and high-quality meals for approximately 100 team members (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Creating a diverse weekly menu featuring seasonal and regional ingredients
• Creative, mindful and sustainable use of ingredients
• Ensuring an attractive presentation, regular monitoring and replenishment of the staff buffet
• Independently organizing the workstation and ensuring efficient use of ingredients
• Supporting the kitchen team whenever needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards

Your Profile

• Completed professional training as a chef or several years of experience in a similar position
• Passion for fresh, varied and balanced cuisine
• Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Creativity and enjoyment of working with high-quality ingredients
• Team spirit, reliability and willingness to help
• Flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
