About the role
Staff Spaghetti 7 prepares ingredients and requirements for spaghetti/pasta menu items, cooks and serves spaghetti according to SOP and restaurant standards, and ensures quality, taste, and presentation of food meet standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and requirements for spaghetti/pasta menu
- Cook and serve spaghetti according to SOP and restaurant standards
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food meet standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and kitchen equipment
- Check and store food ingredients
- Assist with kitchen preparation before and after operations
- Follow Chef/Supervisor directions and collaborate with kitchen team
- Keep work area neat, clean, and safe during operations
- Assist other sections as needed
About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Interest in F&B/Kitchen field
- Able to work as a team and follow supervisor directions
- Responsible, disciplined, and good attitude
- Willing to learn and able to work quickly
- Understanding of basic hygiene and food hygiene
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Neat appearance and maintain personal hygiene
- Kitchen/restaurant experience is a plus but not required
