Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events and activities to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts promptly and effectively
• Support outdoor work operations, including manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and equipment setup
• Oversee safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certification, to respond swiftly to emergencies and ensure participant safety
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems; process payments efficiently while maintaining security standards
• Provide hospitality support by welcoming guests, guiding them through venue facilities, and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues, including setting up equipment, managing supplies, and adhering to safety procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments; experience working with children is highly valued
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically
• Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or water safety experience is a plus
• Familiarity with event venue operations, outdoor work environments, and manual handling techniques including heavy lifting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems
• Experience in food service or retail sales is advantageous; knowledge of safety protocol adherence is essential
• Public speaking skills for engaging audiences during events or presentations; theater or resort experience adds value
