What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengelola dokumen dan order ekspor yang masuk, melakukan proses booking ke liner, hingga proses kontainer masuk ke pelabuhan
- Menangani surat-menyurat dengan pihak terkait seperti pelayaran, Bea Cukai, dan karantina
- Melakukan monitoring kontainer hingga masuk ke pelabuhan
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan kelancaran proses ekspor
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai CS di bidang ekspor-impor atau logistik
- Berpengalaman atau memahami proses booking ke liner dalam bidang ekspor lebih disukai
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel dan Email)
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu
- Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dan administrasi yang baik
