Staff Delivery

About the Role

PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara is looking for a Staff Delivery to support and ensure the smooth execution of daily delivery activities. This role will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, preparing documentation, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time to customers.

You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics, and Customer to ensure every delivery process runs effectively and according to company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery activities from preparation until products are received by customers.
• Arrange and monitor delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and related departments regarding product readiness.
• Check product quantity, item information, and delivery documents before shipment.
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents and administrative records.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners regarding delivery schedules and routes.
• Monitor delivery status and provide updates to relevant departments.
• Handle delivery issues such as delays, discrepancies, or incomplete documents.
• Maintain accurate delivery data and prepare daily/weekly delivery reports.
• Ensure delivery activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and customer standards.
• Perform other delivery-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years experience
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Purwakarta.
