Civita Care Center at Newington is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

• Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff.
• Develop and deliver engaging education and competency training.
• Identify learning needs and support staff professional growth.
• Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice and quality care.
• Coordinate preceptors and help new employees transition successfully.
• Promote a positive learning environment and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in staff education, clinical training, or nursing leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A passion for helping others succeed.
