Your new responsibilities

• Development of new sensor concepts in a team
• Integration of photodetectors in silicon process technologies
• Electro- optical measurements in the laboratory
• Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results
• Layout definition of device test structures and process monitoring structures
• Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed Bachelor, master or PhD in Physics, microelectronics, or similar studies
• First years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with knowledge in silicon process technology
• Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage
• Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation
• Willingness and ability to work in a project team
• Proficiency of English language
