Staff Digital Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Digital Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will help shape system architecture and digital engineering practices across complex, mission-driven programs. The position is focused on using MBSE to develop architecture, CONOPS, and use cases while supporting requirements analysis and workflow automation. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to improve digital integration and execution across the engineering environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,900 – $265,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing system architectures
• Develop architecture, CONOPS, and use cases using model-based systems engineering
• Automate workflows to support engineering and business processes
• Conduct system requirements analysis
• Maintain the digital ecosystem
• Lead tool-to-tool integration efforts
• Support onboarding of partners into the digital environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with extensive related experience
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles
• Experience collaborating across disciplines on complex system design
• Proficiency in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
