Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff EE Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site .

What a typical day looks like:

• 1.Lead schematic circuit design and PCB layout reviews.
• 2.Demonstrate expertise in ARM-based CPU chip design.
• 3.Perform Linux embedded board bring-up and debugging.
• 4.Possess strong knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and RS485.
• 5.Familiar with Modbus communication, Ethernet, PoE, and eMMC technologies.
• 6.Design DC/DC converters and LDO circuits.
• 7.Conduct signal integrity and power integrity measurements and verification.
• 8.Assist in RFI and RFQ activities by contributing technical expertise and insights

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consumer PC, industrial PC, laptops, RISC architecture, or networking-related products.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience acting in a staff or senior role to develop shelf controller modules within OCP ORV3 21" or 19" racks, specifically for monitoring and controlling power and BBU shelves in data center environments
