Staff Electrical Engineer – PCBA Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Design PCBAs from concept to production.
• Create schematics and electrical designs using Altium.
• Support PCB layout, board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Work with high-voltage and high-power electronics.
• Perform DFMEA/CFMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D.
• Work with firmware, mechanical, systems, and validation teams.
• Support manufacturing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Prepare technical and test documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of electrical/hardware engineering experience.
• Strong PCBA design and Altium experience.
• Strong power electronics experience.
• Experience with MCUs/MPUs, sensors, ADC/DAC, and I/O.
• Knowledge of CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and JTAG.
• Experience with board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with DFMEA/CFMEA and 8D.

• Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
• EV chargers
• High-voltage systems
• Industrial power electronics
• UL 1973 / UL 9540 / UL 1998 standards
