Staff Engineer – AI Agents & Enterprise Integration

Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential extension
Expected Start Date: 1 November
Work Arrangement: Onshore roles – Sydney

Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.

The Staff Engineer will provide technical leadership for AI agent development, full-stack engineering and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Build and integrate APIs, microservices and enterprise applications.
• Guide engineering teams on software design, AI orchestration and development standards.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and technical problem-solving.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, security and production readiness.
• Work closely with architecture and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript and C#/.NET.
• Experience developing APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG and AI orchestration.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
• Proven ability to provide technical direction and mentor other engineers.

Pay: $550.00 – $600.00 per day
