About the role

As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for the architecture and evolution of our core product suites. You will drive complex cross-functional initiatives, mentoring others while ensuring our systems remain resilient and performant. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate delivery with long-term technical debt management and innovation.

What you'll do

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable full-stack features, ensuring robust High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for distributed systems.

• Architect complex database schemas and data models that ensure high availability, consistency, and performance across large-scale relational and non-relational storage.

• Design and standardize secure, version-controlled APIs that facilitate seamless integration and high performance for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product managers to translate intricate business requirements into comprehensive technical roadmaps and actionable system specifications.

• Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices for code quality, rigorous testing, and automated deployment pipelines across the department.

• Mentor engineering team members through technical guidance and inclusive collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within high-traffic microservices environments to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure all architectural and design decisions adhere to global data protection and privacy standards.

What you'll bring

• 9+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

• Bachelor’s degree, B.E., or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems using Java, Go, or Node.js.

• Advanced proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with a focus on state management and performance.

• Extensive experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containerization tools like leading SaaS companies, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL interfaces.

• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-driven features into

production-grade applications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through to global deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering to optimize the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for building intelligent product features.

• Active contribution to open-source projects or a history of speaking at technical conferences.

• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Experience working in a globally distributed engineering organization.
