Staff Engineer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Engineer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,600 – $198,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify capabilities for large-scale business impact and work with partner teams to prioritize them
• Design and fully implement product architectures
• Support design, QA and implementation teams for product rollout
• Deliver innovative ways to measure and communicate customer impact
• Research, design, write, test and implement new software applications
• Modify and enhance existing complex applications
• Champion change and set technical direction for the team

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of directly related experience
• Leadership experience in operational excellence and best practices
• Fluent in multiple application development languages at an expert level
• Experience with multi-tiered software application development
