- Minimal S1/D3 Teknik Elektro
- Keahlian dalam pemeliharaan gedung
- Pemahaman dasar tentang teknik listrik / kelistrikan
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang MEP (diutamakan di gedung bertingkat/kontraktor konstruksi/manajemen properti).
- Memahami trouble MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
- Memonitor dan Mengawasi aktifitas dibagian MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) gedung
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Menangani pemeliharaan dan peralatan gedung
- Menaati seluruh kebijakan, peraturan, dan arahan dari atasan
- Membuat laporan pemeliharaan harian
- Menganalisis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis (troubleshooting)
