About the role
A technical role in hotel/villa operations focused on maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment to ensure efficient operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out tasks in accordance with hotel/villa policies and ensure all technical work is completed efficiently
- Repair damage to main systems and equipment (AC, utilities, kitchen equipment)
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain operational performance
- Respond quickly to technical assistance requests from guests or staff
- Record all maintenance work and equipment conditions accurately
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirement
- Experience as a technician, facilities management, or similar role
- Skilled in handling plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of safety standards and technical manuals
- Able to work in a team with good communication
- Good physical condition and willing to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
