Staff Enterprise Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Enterprise Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the architecture of internal business systems and help drive improvements across both front-office and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable solutions that improve how core platforms work together. You will also influence process, integration, and data design decisions across the organization, helping enable better automation, observability, and long-term operational efficiency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $285,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve configurations for internal systems
• Map current-state processes and identify areas for improvement
• Architect end-to-end processes across front-office and back-office systems
• Produce high-level designs for core platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite
• Design for maintainability, including observability and error handling
• Establish integration and data contracts between systems
• Co-author designs with engineering teams and resolve specification ambiguities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise architecture
• Deep expertise in application and data architecture
• Experience with core business systems like ERP and CRM
• Hands-on background in integration, automation, and applied AI
• Expert-level knowledge in data modeling and API design
• Demonstrated ability to drive architectural change without authority
• Fluency in business process and technology architecture
