Staff Executive Purchase Import

1.       Import procurement : manage import procurement

2.       Local procurement : source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.

3.       Suplier Management : evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contract, and build relationships with both foreign and local standard

4.       Logistics & tracking : coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics teams to track shipment and ensure timely delivery

5.       Cost optimization : analzy market trends to reduce procurement cost and improve budget efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

1.         Education : S1 All Major

2.         Experience : 5 years of experience in procurement, import, and logistics

3.         Technical skliis : proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Ms Office, and inventory management software

4.         Knowledge : strong understanding of import/export regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures

5.         Competencies : strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
