What they need
- Mengurus administrasi dan dokumen ekspor-impor.
- Menentukan dan mengecek HS Code serta ketentuan Lartas.
- Memeriksa Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, PIB/PEB, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Monitoring proses shipment, customs clearance, ETD/ETA hingga barang diterima.
- Berkoordinasi dengan supplier, PPJK, Freight Forwarder, Purchasing, Warehouse, Regulatory, dan Finance.
- Melakukan pengecekan biaya impor seperti bea masuk, pajak, freight, storage, demurrage, dan detention.
- Membuat serta mengelola database dan laporan kegiatan ekspor-impor.
