Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an export company, particularly in handling export documentation and logistics.
• Good understanding of export administration and documentation processes.
• Experienced in maintaining, organizing, and ensuring the completeness of export and logistics documents.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Available to join immediately.

Job Description

• Prepare, process, and manage documents related to export activities.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to logistics and shipments.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of export and logistics documents.
• Prepare and submit required documents to the Tax Consultant.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties regarding shipments and export documentation.
• Ensure all required export documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
