What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama.
- Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi, pencatatan kas (cash in & cash out), serta pengelolaan petty cash.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (diutamakan menguasai rumus seperti SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Mencatat seluruh transaksi keuangan operasional warehouse (cash in & cash out) serta mengelola petty cash
- Membuat laporan kas harian (daily cash flow) dan laporan keuangan sederhana (harian, mingguan, bulanan)
- Mengurus pembayaran vendor, menyiapkan dan memverifikasi invoice, serta melakukan follow up pembayaran jatuh tempo
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi data keuangan dengan aktivitas warehouse serta memastikan kesesuaian stok fisik dan sistem
- Controlling biaya dan budgeting perusahaan
