Staff Finance

About the role

Staff Finance & Accounting responsible for managing financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and supporting the monthly closing process and tax reporting for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and accounting journals
• Manage vendor payments (Account Payable) and customer collections (Account Receivable)
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash
• Verify completeness of transaction documents and invoices
• Prepare cash inflow, cash outflow, and financial reports
• Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly closing process
• Support company tax administration and reporting
• Prepare data for internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company procedures

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

• Understanding of transaction recording, accounting journals, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation

• Understanding of basic tax principles (PPh and PPN)

• Meticulous, honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

• Preferred experience in manufacturing or distribution companies
