Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Melakukan pengadaan asset kantor, pemeliharaan asset, dan pencatatan seluruh asset kantor
Mengatur jadwal OB, Supir, dan Security
Bertanggung jawab mengurus kendaraan operasional kantor
Memastikan pembayaran tagihan pengeluaran operasional tepat waktu
Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapian lingkungan kerja area perusahaan
Membuat RKAT/budget divisi
Berkontribusi dalam perbaikan sistem divisi General Affair agar lebih efektif dan efisien

Kualifikasi:

Usia max 35 tahun
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staff General Affair di perusahaan Food Manufacture/FMCG
Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen/Psikologi/Hukum
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kemampuan berpikir analitis yang baik
Penempatan di Serpong, Tangerang Selatan
