About the role

We are seeking a talented Staff Graphic Designer to join our Brand Management team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of creative projects that shape how brands communicate with their audiences. As a Staff Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in translating brand strategies into visually compelling designs that resonate with target markets. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients' brand initiatives and help establish PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama as a leader in creative excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing a range of visual materials including logos, branding guidelines, packaging designs, and marketing collateral
• Collaborating with brand strategists and clients to understand project objectives and translate creative briefs into visual concepts
• Creating digital and print-ready designs utilising industry-standard design software and tools
• Producing mood boards, design mockups, and prototypes to present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs and maintaining adherence to established brand guidelines
• Refining designs based on constructive feedback and revisions whilst maintaining the integrity of the original creative vision
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Staying current with design trends, technologies, and best practices within the marketing and branding industry
• Supporting the wider marketing and communications team on ad-hoc design requirements and initiatives

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline
• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and creative range
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools such as Figma is advantageous
• A solid understanding of brand management principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across different mediums and formats
• Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets client expectations
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach design challenges from multiple perspectives
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital design specifications is desirable
• Experience in brand positioning, packaging design, or marketing communications would strengthen your application
