About the role

Staff Gudang (Warehouse Staff) responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a warehouse environment. The role involves managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring accurate stock control through daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods from suppliers/vendors and verify quantity, type, condition, and specifications against delivery notes/PO
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or items not matching specifications
• Assist with unloading and organizing goods in the warehouse
• Place goods in designated locations/shelves and ensure neat, safe, and easily accessible arrangement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Apply FIFO/FEFO system when required
• Prepare goods based on Sales Orders/Delivery Notes
• Perform picking and verify goods match orders
• Check quantity and condition of goods before dispatch
• Hand over goods to delivery/logistics department
• Assist with periodic stock counts and record stock discrepancies
• Ensure accurate recording of goods movement in and out
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or excess stock items
• Complete and checklist receiving and dispatch documentation
• Input or assist with inputting transactions into the system
• Store warehouse documents neatly and systematically
• Maintain security of goods in the warehouse
• Use warehouse equipment correctly
• Follow workplace safety procedures and protocols
• Report facility damage or warehouse conditions that pose safety risks
