Persyaratan Dasar
Lulusan D3, atau S1 dari semua jurusan
Menguasai HRIS
Menguasai aplikasi SIPP & E-DABU
Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun sebagai STAFF HRD
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan antarpersonal
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tulisan formal (surat/ e-mail/ aplikasi messenger)
Memiliki ketelitian yang baik, terutama dalam hal mengenai spesifikasi produk/ barang
Menguasai penggunaan perangkat lunak (software) Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (waktu dan target) dan berorientasi pada hasil
Penempatan Balaraja Barat
