What they need
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience in freight forwarding or export-import
- English is a MUST (MUST CAN SPEAK, WRITE, AND READ)
- Have experience and a good understanding to handle export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PIB, Checking invoice from vendor etc.).
- Familiar with export-import procedures, customs clearance, and logistics coordination-Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
- Able to coordinate with internal teams, forwarders, and related parties. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Able to work independently as well as in a team
- The interview process and daily work life in the office will use English to communicate.
