Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalents
Open for freshgraduates
Having experience as Industrial Engineering in Garment Manufacturing is a plus point
Required language(s): English
GSD License certification will be a plus point
Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset
Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills
People management skills
Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
Flexibility to work in shifting basis
Job Roles :
- Prepare layout, Yamazumi and machine setting STW
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational work content allocated to TM to increase productive with the same footprint. Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities to reduce operational SMV
- Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them
