Staff Interpreter

Staff ASL Interpreter – Southwest Florida

A.I. Deaf Connect is seeking a skilled, dependable, and passionate Staff ASL Interpreter to join our growing team in Southwest Florida!

This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including K–12 education, community, medical, and legal environments, with opportunities for Video Remote Interpreting (VRI).

We are looking for a certified interpreter who is adaptable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality communication access for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• National or state interpreting certification (NIC, BEI, or equivalent)
• Strong ASL proficiency and professional interpreting skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple settings and assignments
• Excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical interpreting practices
