What they need
- Identify business processes that can be digitized and automated.
- Develop and maintain digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Create automation workflows to reduce manual work.
- Develop monitoring and reporting dashboards.
- Provide technical support for digital applications developed.
- Conduct system documentation, user training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Understand business process automation, workflows, system documentation, and data management concepts.
Proficient in at least one automation platform such as MS Power Automate/Apps or Automation Anywhere.
Understand databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Able to create dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Understand system integrity through API.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certification.
- Have experience implementing ERP, CRM, or document management systems.
- Understand the concepts of AI, OCR, and Machine Learning for business process automation.
