Staff Logistic - Export Import

About the role

Monitor export and import shipment activities, prepare export-import documents and shipment reports, and coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and related departments regarding shipment and delivery. Handle ERP transactions and maintain data accuracy between ERP and WMS. Arrange container booking and export/import handling processes, submit payment requests related to logistics handling and e-billing, and ensure smooth delivery process based on schedule. Comply with HSE and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor export and import shipment activities
• Prepare export-import documents and shipment reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and related departments regarding shipment and delivery
• Handle ERP transactions and maintain data accuracy between ERP and WMS
• Arrange container booking and export/import handling processes

• Ensure smooth delivery process based on schedule
• Comply with HSE and company procedures

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics Export Import or related position
• Familiar with inventory systems, FIFO, handling, and storage processes
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to operate ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is an advantage
