Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the technical development of large-scale, production-grade Machine Learning systems.

You will work across ML model development, data pipelines, distributed processing, deployment, monitoring, and ML infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale ML systems.
• Build and deploy production ML models.
• Improve model accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and scale ML data-processing pipelines.
• Develop ETL and distributed data-processing workflows.
• Build ML libraries, frameworks, and internal tools.
• Monitor and maintain production ML systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Work with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Machine Learning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expert Python.
• Strong PySpark experience.
• Strong SQL.
• Production ML deployment experience.
• Distributed computing and large-scale datasets.
• Linux and system administration.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
