STAFF MARKETING

About the role

As a Staff Marketing, you will play an important role in supporting the marketing and branding strategy of our growing company. This position will give you the opportunity to implement creative and innovative ideas to increase the visibility and brand preference of our company in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team
• Design and manage cross-media marketing campaigns, including digital content, advertising, events, and sales promotions
• Develop and maintain relationships with marketing partners, agencies, and other related parties
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns
• Conduct regular presentations and reporting to company management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with company management
• Creative and able to think outside the box to generate innovative marketing solutions
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
