• As a hands-on technical contributor responsible for cloud security architecture planning and operation.
• Operate Cloud Native security functions such as perimeter controls between environments, VPC-Service Controls, resource configuration enforcement, custom cloud configuration assessments.
• Create, tune, and enforce Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies
• Continuously evaluate and adapt ingress security policies based on the evolving threat landscape
• Assess and manage protection strategies during active cyber-attacks
• Collaborate with network and site reliability teams to secure all ingress points
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to build processes and procedures to ensure corporate policies are enforced.
• Serve as a backup to support daily monitoring and response. What you'll bring:
• Strong hands-on experience with Firewall, Web Application Firewall (WAF) management and DDoS mitigation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of network and web protocols such as TCP/IP, IPSec, HTTPS, and SSL
• Experience with fingerprinting and behavioral data collection
• Proficiency with log management tools such as Splunk, Kibana, ArcSight or other open-source solutions
• Strong scripting skills in at least one language
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including major domestic cloud platforms (e.g., Tencent, Ali, Bytedance)
• A collaborative spirit with a proactive and self-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a large organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, CCSP, or GCIH,
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related area and at least 6 years’ experience of leading/ working on Information Security / Cyber Security Projects
