Staff Nurse – Cath Lab

Role Overview:

A registered nurse provides professional, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care adhering to unit standards
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively and foster a collaborative environment
• Promote a positive patient experience and seek continuous improvement
• Take accountability for performance and professional growth
• Build strong relationships within the team

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Relevant certifications as required by the department
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience
