Hospital Strength: 420+ bedded upcoming super-specialty hospital & upcoming medical college (100 MBBS seats)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care across OPDs, IPDs, ICUs, OTs, Emergency, and specialty wards. Nurses at Miri Piri play a central role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery while supporting doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting in procedures.
Maintain nursing documentation, patient charts, and medical records accurately.
Assist consultants and residents during ward rounds, surgeries, and emergency cases.
Ensure infection control, biomedical waste management, and adherence to NABH standards.
Deliver pre- and post-operative care to patients in surgical units.
Counsel and support patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
Monitor ICU and critical care patients, operating advanced equipment under supervision.
Participate in nursing education, training, and continuous skill development.

Eligibility

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid registration.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; ICU, OT, and emergency experience preferred.
Skills: Clinical competence, patient-centered care, teamwork, infection control, and effective communication.
