Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hemodialysis Nurse to join our dialysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about renal care, patient safety, and working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout the dialysis session.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor vascular access sites and recognize potential complications promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in the patient's condition.
• Maintain accurate and complete nursing and dialysis treatment records.
• Follow infection prevention, control, and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding dialysis treatment, medications, diet, fluid restrictions, and other aspects of renal care.
• Coordinate with nephrologists, physicians, technicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of the dialysis station and equipment according to facility protocols.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Dialysis Nurse: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing license (Required)
