We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused GNM Staff Nurses to join our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate patient care plans with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor nursing documentation, patient safety, and quality compliance.
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Conduct patient rounds and oversee admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse ( WBNC Must).
• Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
