Staff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Operation Theatre (OT) setting, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals during operations by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing pre-operative and post-operative tasks.
• Collaborate with OT team members to ensure smooth functioning of the department and maintain accurate records of patient data.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.

Job Requirements :

• GNM or ANM degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• 0-14 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or equivalent role in an OT setting.
• Strong knowledge of midwifery principles and practices related to obstetrics and gynecology.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical equipment such as EMRs.
