Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients. The role includes assisting doctors, administering medications, monitoring patients, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
• Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for quality patient care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
• Maintain cleanliness, biomedical waste segregation, and patient confidentiality.

Required Qualification:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Valid State Nursing Council registration certificate.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹35,164.76 per month
