Job Overview

Avyana Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality nursing care while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients according to their individual needs.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medications, care, and health practices.
• Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices are followed.
• Handle medical equipment safely and responsibly.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
